OUR IMPACT

Sur Legal was the 1st in the nation to utilize Deferred Action for Labor Enforcement (DALE), we were responsible for the release of 3 women in the Irwin County Detention Center (ICDC), a for-profit prison, forcing the facility to lose its government contract with Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE), and we continue to provide pro bono legal services and free trainings in collaboration with our state, regional, and national partners.
